GP patients seeking support may complete our online contact request form, to prompt a return text to negotiate an initial intake appointment.
Prospective clients may also call 1300 794 690 and leave a message with their name, contact number and preferred times to be contacted.
One of our team will aim to return your call within 48 hours, to discuss intake details and arrange an initial appointment.
Information for Referring GPs & Other Professional Services
Mental Health Treatment Plans and referrals for prospective new patient clients, can be securely emailed directly to admin@wellselves.com.au We will attempt to contact the client within 48 hours for an intake interview.
Alternatively, the patient can be provided with our freecall contact number (1300 794 690), to leave a message. A practitioner will then text the client, to arrange contact with them, for an initial intake session.
Professional telephone, or in-person consultation and case discussion - with our Clinical Psychologists in relation to referred, shared patients seen as clients can be available to GPs on request. This service is now available as Medicare-funded support service, where appropriate.
Wellselves also welcomes other collaborations with GPs and allied healthcare providers involved in supporting patient wellbeing.
Practitioners are happy to discuss any approaches for assisting with Mental Health treatment collaboration or improving referral protocols.
We are also open on request, to offering relevant topic-related professional development inputs; assistance with inservice presentations; or any other relevant professional contributions, felt to be supportive by other services and practices.
